slackin

I have been SO BAD about blogging. Ill spare you the excuses and just say I've been slackin. You should see my house, lol. Colton has been battling an ear infection in his left ear for 30+ days. 3 rounds of antibiotics and still no relief. Poor guy.

10 months!

10 months ago God blessed us with our sweet baby boy!
I can't believe he was ever so small!

He wears mostly 24 month clothing and weighs 27 lbs. He is crawling everywhere and pulling up on everything. Colton has 3 teeth and 3 more on the way! He loves to clap and play! Thank you Lord for blessing our lives with this sweet angel!

It was a quick, but fabulous trip to visit Pop and Nanny. Colton wasn't a fan of the beach in June, but is a total Beach bum now!

Josh and I went to Chicago in August to celebrate his 29th birthday. He is a huge Cubs fan, and I thought it would be an awesome weekend away! Above is a pic of the stadium.

The trip was great even thought the Cubbies lost BOTH games! We stayed at the Westin, Magnificent Mile. Rode the L -- ate good food, and enjoyed great weather! Happy Birthday Honey!

we spent the 4th at the lake. fireworks were on the 3rd, we were on the boat until midnight. so fun! coley loved the glow bracelets!

its been a long time...

this summer has been crazy and fun, so ad it is almost over! we had a couple of play dates with addie this summer. can you believe she will be 1 next week?!?!?!?

we are crawling now...everywhere! it is kind of an army crawl, but hey--he's mobile. his favorite things to do--try to get into the dog bowls, chase the dog, pull on blinds, and head for the sockets. wow, i am getting a workout! have to buy baby gate and more socket covers when we get back in town. i promise to post crawling pics soon.

we are off to the lake this afternoon! happy 4th!

this past weekend, my grandparents came into town. we had a fabulous visit with lots of laughs. wish dave, les, and the girls could have joined us. the above pic is kayla, diddy (aka mike), gramps (aka pops and gampa), and dad (aka mitchie and dragon). we had a blast! i hope to catch up on beach pics soon too!
